Wrote one myself :) Relatively easy to do with a bit of Perl / or your server side scripting language of your choice.

As for TAF affiliate programs, I consider lead prospects too valuable to pass off. So, I'm using my own script as well.

Ditto that about the data being valuable, there is NO way I would willingly hand that over to a 3rd party...

besides which, I have to believe that people would be MUCH more reluctant to fill in the form / if it went to a 3rd party instead of being part & parcel of MY site.

Every time I see a link that says, "send it to your friend" and I get whisked away to another website - I think, "this must be one cheap company..." :)
