is it ok to use it?

I am running a sort of classified website. It has a specific niche.

I've seen several "Ad Submitting" websites. One claims to submit to 2.5 million classified web sites. It's kind of unbeliavable. Are there that many classified sites out there?

I have 2 questions:
1) Has anyone done it and was it traffic any good?
2) Is it OK for SEs? Could it be viewed as a FFA?

IMO, it would benefit my site to a large extent.
