Exit Exchange type programs

Are these any good? I signed up with ExitExchange.com and was waaay disappointed (cheated, really), but I'm wondering if any others are worthwhile (I just signed up with 7swap.com and am about to check that out.)
Regarding exitexchange.com, I tried exitexchange and discovered that the sites being popundered through that system show an exit exchange url in the box, which is useless to the advertiser, because the user doesn't see their url and can't even bookmark it.
The 7swap guy said theirs will show my actual URL, so we'll see.
Any one else have any thoughts positive and/or negative on this programs?

Hello,
I'm using traffic exchange programs to build my own opt-in list, and I'm getting results.
The way I make it is simple:
I make an attention-grabber website
Place an email capture system
Promoting on every traffic exhange i can
I'm promoting about 45 minutes a day and getting 5-10 leads in exchange.
Now I'm in the process of build a downline on every traffic exhange program to make it easier and bigger.

I joined 7swap.com few months ago,
Positive Totally
I was very disappointed from lots of other traffic exchange programs.
the traffic that 7swap send me back actually convert into bucks

I will stay with 7swap until something better will come up/
