Spanish translating affiliates

I was just wondering...

Is there such thing as a as an affiliate that will create a spanish language site based on a english site? For example, is there anyone out there who takes the amazon feed and translates parts of it into spanish to promote those items on a spanish site?

I don't recall seeing an on-the-fly translation of a feed on an affiliate site, but wouldn't be surprised if it's out there.

But a lot of affiliates do use translation for promotion in different languages.
