how to affilite with other site?

affiliate with big real estate sites which nice commission!

I have launched new site offering web site design, marketing and search engine optimization services to real estate professionals. Site is very new and does not listed yet on any of search engine. I am sure down the road it will have enough visitors from real estate industry looking for web services.

Till the time it get listed on engines, I want to prepare my site for side income through affiliate program. I am very new to affiliate program! What is the best solutions?
Should I need to find big real estate sites which offer commissions to other site owner? Or should I signup with some affiliate network like referit.com and cj.com? Which are the best for real estate business?

Really confused on what to do? Thanks in advance for any guideline...

Be patient. You need traffic first. Focus on your goal, "...services to real estate professionals." Stay away from affiliate programs for now.
