Highest CTR, 0 CR

Should I ditch the company with the highest CTR if it can't convert traffic

On my website, one company has a banner that draws a lot of clicks. Every month, almost every day even, that banner has the highest click-through ratio of anything on my site. But in over a year, they have never converted a single click to a sale.

Should I ditch the company? Should I expect some of the other banners' CTR's to pick up if I do?

thanks.

I'd talk to the merchant and try and find out from them why it isn't converting and what they suggest to get some conversions. If that fails, take it off and let your other banners have a chance of making you some money.

If things stay as they are that banner is never going to make you any money and is getting in the way of your other profitable banners.
