Anyone read this? Good? Bad? Hype?

Haven't read it, but it is probably the Robert Allen who wrote the get rich quick real estate books. If so, I would say it is most likely a lot of hype with an occassional good nugget of info.

I've read it. Everything in the book is basically common sense, hype or outdated. Not really a bad book, not really a good one either...

0 for 2. I guess that's not a good sign. Perhaps I'll pass....

The only book I would buy of Robert Allen's or the other authors of this ilk would be one called 'How to get rick quick by writing "How to get rich quick books"' as this would seem to me to be the only subject on which he has any authority ;)

Also, I'm not trying to cause trouble here, but if you look at the source code of Robert Allen's page, he uses a form you're supposed to fill in to view his 'secret website'. You can see this page by looking at a hidden field called 'redirect' in the form ;)
