Does this type of affiliate program exist?

Is there a type of affiliate program where landing the user on the page through a text-link will generate revenue? (As in, getting them there generates revenue) And could this be served through HTML and not Javascript? Which programs exist like this?

I have not seen any lately. Seems most programs at least require some information from the visitor. On the ohter hand, programs like adsense actually do pay when someone lands on a page.

Majority of the affiliate programmes available would only pay a publisher / webmaster if the traffic he sends gives a lead (as in they register for the service / product) or they become paid members / buy a product from the merchant. Affiliate programme paying Partners / Affiliate for clicks is a rarity now. Pls if any one sees a programme like that. Do post.

In my experience, affiliate programs pay pennies for only clicks. Google is still the best by far.

And sometimes they pay only half a penny.. ;-) You have to convert ( for them) to make any money with affiliate programs.
