I have been trying to call Affiliate Networks for a couple of days (such as cj and linkshare) and nobody picks up the phone. Is there any reliable Affiliate Networks out there? We are merchants looking for a basic setup.

Hi there are so many networks like performics, shareasale, etc.

It's a long holiday weekend in the U.S. so speaking with any company until Tuesday might be difficult.
