Podcast Advertising - anyone doing it?

I'm thinking of advertising on Podcasts.

The service I'm thinking of hosts your podcast (audio and/or video), match advertisers to yoru podcasts content, and give you a nice little player to integrate into your site.

Does anyone have any experiences with this or any other similar services? I'm trying to figure out the best way to integrate podcasts into my site and also monetize them as much as possible.

seems that only the bigger podcasts are seeing any ad money for their podcasts in their audio.
Try talking about a product and then calling them to ask if they'd send you a sample or talk about them for like free tickets or $50/show.

I did it with a local beer company and we were told to come down to the brweery and pickup a few products and see if we liked them. Ended up with 2 12 packs of some of the freshest beer I've tried and it was good content also to talk about.
