I have a 2 years old site about gossip (in italian language). I have about 5000unique/day and 200000hits/day and 30000pages/day (awstats data). I'm using only adsense with 0,2USD CPM and only 500000impression per mounth (i have adsense in all pages..it's strange). Do you have some ideas for improving my business? Remember the target of my site.. italian gossip. Thank you very much!

If it's people in Italy, maybe some gossip magazines (like Star/Us Weekly here in the states), or maybe products that tie in with the stars being gossiped about.
Otherwise, I'd say general-target ads (free iPod ads), though I don't know if it's available in Italy. I think TradeDoubler is a good place to start, IIRC, they're geared at European customers.
