Could you be a little more specific? What channel/topic/category?

The only way to find which company is best for you is to try them. FastClicks is a good place to start. Others are TribalFusion, Advertising.com, RightMedia, Burst, etc. Not all of them will accept you but probably one or two will.

Fastclick have been swalloed up by Valueclick. You could try them, and also consider Casale Media, in addition to those already named in this thread.
