We sell software but we're not making any sales/money with our affiliate program even though we are competive in our market.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can grow our program and get quality affiliates to sell our products?

Thank you in advance.

Are your sales going well apart from your affiliate program? If not, you may have a product problem - something that nobody wants.

If they are, how are you recruiting affiliates?

We sell rather competitive end-users programms. So I think that bottle neck in way of recruiting affiliates and refferrals.

So abt recruiting affiliates. We have some promo-posts on affiliates' and web-masters' forums. Also we have links like "Become an affiliate..." on main landings of our products.

A lot ppl sign-uped but only few started to work.

What you are experiencing is the norm for affiliate programs. 90+% of affiliates won't ever sell anything as some will sign up and forget about it, others will just post a link and not promote the product etc.

If you want to get quality affiliates, you'll need to find sites which might benefit from offering your products to their visitors then contact the sites directly.

What kind of sites could you advice? Like download.com?
Also we'd like to enlarge our refferals network. Because for now only few affiliates "invite" their friends to work with us.

Could you give me some advices abt this?
Today we have 3 level refferal network - 6%, 3% and 1%.
Any suggestiones abt this?

Just looking at your payouts I'd say they are way too low. Most software is in the 35-50% commission range that I have seen.

Yep, our comission is also 50%. I said abt our refferals' network - every who reffers smb will get 6% of reffered affiliate sales amount.

Also we implemented sign-up bonus in our program, made a huge number of localized promo materials...
And what? ALMOSTLY NOTHING! It's amazing crash :(
