i dont have a "Employer Identification Number or Social Security Number" can in still signup to AdBrite and how?

If you pay U.S. taxes, they're required to get one of these numbers from you so they can report your huge earnings ;-) to the IRS. If you're not in the U.S., I have no idea how it would work.

i notice that other sites like adbrite dont ask for this like adengage and etology.Also i know you can have AdBrite ads on the same page as adsense ads is this the same with adengage and etology ads?

I'm not familiar with them at all. Their TOS should tell you if their ads can't be run with other "context" ads such as AdSense.
