I'm a web manager of a web site that has 100K unique daily visitors. Site is in Serbian and we also have 2-3K visitors on English page.

We would like to place some affiliate programs on our unsold ad inventory. That's why I would like to hear your favorite affiliate programs based on CPC, Cost Per Lead and Cost Per Sale model.

Try to find programs that fit into your site's theme. If yor site is about travel, then hotel rooms and airline tickets would be a good match.
If your site is about dog training, then videos, books, grooming supplies would be a good fit.
