Filtering unwanted ads - impact on revenue

I am looking at joining an CPM program for my site but due to the type of content (rather than my morals!) I would prefer not to include sex, gambling/lottery ads.

Has anyone experimented to see how much revenue they lose by excluding these types of ads?

Look in the AdSense forum, there are just several discussions about increasing revenues by blocking junk ads.

The established networks such as TribalFusion and FastClick don't offer the "junk ads" you mention, this is only a problem with networks with lesser reputation or if you go into a marketplace like AdBrite. AdBrite though requires you to validate every campaign you run and allows you to set a 3-level filter on default ad content (normal, normal+gambling, everything if memory serves me right).
