Looking to fill defaults

2,5 million impressions a month

I've been struggling to find a decent network/channel to show defaults on my music/insrument related site through CasaleMedia and AdSense. Right now I'm defaulting to Chitika, showing 80,000+ ads a day, making something between 3-5$ total daily unaudited revenue. Past experiences with other networks have been pretty much the same (I used AdTegrity, they fill 100%, yet revenue was the same 0,06$ CPM).

Traffic origins are roughly 60% US/UK, rest mostly europe, australia.

Any suggestions? It's 2,5 million ads a month and should be making a lot more than 100$ a month for gods sake :(

Certainly should be, should be closer to $2000 or $3000 a month.

We use a mixture of Fastclick and Casale Media, on various pages to sort of "load balance", and also use Casale as a default for Fastclick.

Forgot to say. Have you thought about using a banner exchange program for the default banners? You don't earn any revenue, but you do get advertising on other sites, which can in turn increase visitors.

We use showyoursite as a default for banners (Fastclick allows a number of deafult programs)

My problem is that I use a mixture of Google and Casale, but Casale only fills about 55% so there are a lot of leftover impressions, and I haven't found any good replacement so far. Also banner exchanges are something I don't want to do...
