Can anyone please let me know how's your experience with tradedoubler.com as a publisher?

I have questions regarding how they handle U.S.A. based company? Do they send money order for the commissions we earned or other methods? I sent them email few times with no reply yet.

That about sums up my experiences with them. I persist in using them for one of my sites purely because I have no other alternative right now (local outpost). Of all my dealings online, they are by far the crappiest by a long, long margin.

i notice a post on here sometime back about this issue and tradedoubler or someone replyed saying you need to email so and so your bank account details if you from another non-eu country.As WW doesnt have a search option i cant be assed to find the post.

you can configure your bank account into your tradedoubler account and they will send it via bank transfer. Tranfer Fees apply of course.

90% of my income is through tradedoubler. I've found them helpful and quick to deal with any issues.

If you can't get a response, search for 'tradedoubler forum' on google and post your query there - that particular forum is frequented by some responsive TD managers.

I'm a bit late to the party, but FWIW, I've always found them very helpful, ethical and easy to deal with. Most importantly, I've never had any issues with sales not tracking, or with being paid on time.

They're very efficient in keeping publishers informed of merchant closures and changes in program policy, and in providing regular updates of new creatives, offers, etc.

They did recently add a section to their site which lists the individual email addresses for account managers of each merchant. That may help your mails reach the right person.

The only thing they are not enough good is with the payouts.

Once you test Adsense and take a look over the CPM you're getting there, you'll find the TD payouts simply ridiculous.

You're comparing apples and oranges. You can't just throw a few random banners up and compare it to adsense. Affiliate marketing is about choosing the right merchant(s) for your site - it's all about targetting.

I never had a problem with them . The only serious affiliate network in europe , with a great variety of advertisers in many countries of Europe , great deeplinking options , product feeds with no setup fees . Never loose a cent with them .
The only disadvantage is that the smart links (like cj advanced links ) are implemented with iframe and not with pure html code like cj does it .
I would recommend definitely .

I work for TradeDoubler as our UK Head of Publisher Services. If you are not based in Europe and want to try working with TradeDoubler, please follow these instructions:

Registering Internationally

• Go to www.tradedoubler.com
  
• Select the UK as your country
  
• Complete the registration form ("Become an Affiliate")
  
• Remeber to click on the activation link in your email within 1 hour of receiving it - check junk mail folder just in case.
  

Being Paid Internationally

• After registering, please send me an email (see my WebmasterWorld profile) with your TradeDoubler username.
  
• In around 24 hours, your account will be enabled, and confirmed, for International Payment.
  
• Then, Go to "SETTINGS >> Payment info" and enter these details:
  
  1. Bank Name
     
  2. Account Number
     
  3. SWIFT code OR IBAN
     
  
  
• N.B. If you need to use a routing bank, please state this in your email to me.
  

Working in our European markets

• Once you are enabled for international payment you can work in all our European markets.
  
• Please email me with the markets you are interested in.
  
• Complete the registration form ("Become an Affiliate")
  
• Remeber to click on the activation link in your email within 1 hour of receiving it - check junk mail folder just in case.

I have been owed money for over 6 months. It takes about three weeks to get a reply to any email. I was told that my details were incorrect but TD did not go out of their way to inform the details were wrong.

I am not desperate for the cash but as it is building up I will chase it down. I will even fly to the UK (24 hour flight) to get my cash.

Although it's nice to see the post from TD above sometimes it can be a little late when there are others in the marketplace that will pay on time, every time.

TD love taking your traffic but don't like to pay up!
