starting a new affiliate program

i have recently started a new in house affiliate program for a duty free company.
the percent for affiliates is really nice for online retail categoy and it has some hot seeling items.
looking for advice on how to rfecruit good affiliates and fast.
if anyone has any tips, ideas, drop a suggestion.

Look for sites related to your product in some way - you can write out a list of categories that your product would fit with, and contact those people. Forums could work for you as well.
