Ad networks for interstitials?

Hi,

I'm looking for ad networks that work well with interstitial-type ads. I was originally thinking about using AdSense, but they have some policy restrictions that may not work for us.

Are there any other networks I should look into other than these listed below? I'm primarily looking for CPC.

fastclick - seems to have a good service and reputation from what I've read in this forum

yahoo
burst
interclick
performics
linkshare

Also, have you ever experienced any issues with slow loading ads from these networks? I want to make sure that visitors aren't waiting around for each ad to load.

Adbrite has just introduced a format similar to interstitials. I had a look and it wasn't for me, but it might be the kind of thing you're looking for.
