Hi, we are looking for cpm ads that pay about $2 cpm. If you know please tell me some beside fastclick, tribalfusion, clicksor (we have tried some of these and cpm very low)

Only thing I can think of is pop-unders. Other than that, its not going to happen. Well, unless you sell it yourself. You can also try adbrite, but that is CPC.
