Hello, One of my websites is getting close to 15 million page impressions a month and i thought I would try just the CPM advertising where I get paid $$ per 1000 impressions. What affilate is the best to try? Who pays the most?

TribalFusion, Fastclick and Casale Media are some of the more popular CPM networks.
I've tried both TribalFusion and Casale Media and both were bad performers. The eCPM from these CPM networks was quite low compared to my earnings from AdSense.
