Does anyone have experience with TMP Express?

I'm thinking about using them for my website, but I can't find much information about them from users. Do you use them, or have you used them in the past? Either positive or negative feedback is welcome.

I've used them, they always pay and they're pretty reliable but the CPM isn't too great. Their reporting is rather lacking as well.
