I'd sell products from my website which are fairly popular. A while ago i had an affiliate program running, but it was the standard one that came with the shopping cart. This didn't even let the affiliates know how many clicks their ads made.
I now want something a little more robust. I've been looking around and have seen that programs such as MyAP and CJ charge a huge amount to set up. I don't want to spend this much. I'm quite happy to recruit affiliates myself, so a network is not essential.
I would also like the affiliate program to help my natural search engine listings and link popularity. Therefore i'm after a program that uses direct linking.
Does anyone recommend any decent programs. Or any advice that i should look into when searching.
Thanks.
Tim
I've just looked at 'Share A Sale' and 'LinkConnector'. I'm not sure i'm prepared to pay them 20% for transaction fees.
My products are a niche product and sell at £9.99. I will give my affiliates 35% of the sale price, but i'm not prepared to pay 70p to the affiliate program for each sale.
I think it's best for me to look at a decent software program. Yes, i will have to recruit affiliates myself, but i think this may be the best solution.
Does anyone have opinions on Fusion Quest?

Tim
