They used to be known as Cydoor, they claim to have cleaned up their act somewhat after being accused of installing adware etc, now they claim it is purely opt-in adware and that the users fully consent. Anyway the traffic prices seem very expensive, and they've asked me to wire them funds to Israel before they start, does this just sound way too dodgy to you?

"The CPV rate is for the 180 Solutions contextual campaigns and for Casino campaigns you’re looking at £30 (£30 for 1000 visitors), with a minimu spend of £1000. This is not for a banner but the system actually pops your entire landing page at the time the person is searching under keywords relevant to you (take a look at the brief presentation attached)

The traffic you would receive works off a bidding system. The highest rates get most of the media served – same model as Search PPC.

Let me know if there is anything else. I can call you on a mobile if you have one J

Opt-in adware, LOL. There is no way to rehabilitate that business, so if using spyware traffic doesn't strike you as grossly unethical then you might as well go with the dirtiest, cheapest traffic available.
