What is your Payment Status showing?

CJ was supposed to issue payments by 23rd

Hi all,

I receive my payments from CJ by check and according to the Payment update on their website, it says payments will be made by 23rd and checks will be sent around that time. When I click on Payment Status, it still shows my last payment made and nothing about the current payment. Will I have to wait a little longer for CJ to mail the checks and the same to be reflected on my Payment Status? Last time, I remember my Payment Status showed the change at the end of the month.

I am in the uk and payment made using direct debit.
Payment sent on 21st and i receive on 24th.

adnonsense, try going to RUN REPORTS >> TRANSACTION REPORTS >> Current Balance >> Publisher Payment. Click on the amount. I think it would show you some info regarding date of payment and how much. The PAYMENT STATUS is probably not yet updated.

Thanks Freeboi. When I go to run reports,it shows a part of the amount in my payment status as under November earnings. This is the check amount that I am expecting. Last month, they didnt send anything because the advertisers had failed to deposit money with CJ. I have a feeling they havent sent the check again this month. CJ has always been prompt on payments but seems to be getting less dependable now. Thanks for the help.
