Most advertisers from CJ, LS, Shareasale do not accept affiliates from outside the US. Where do you get the product to promote then? (please exclude amazon)
Anyone from outside the US making a living on affiliate marketing?

I'm in Australia and... I haven't had any problems with merchants from the major networks, if they reject you based on location, sometimes emailing the affiliate manager might get you approved. They shouldn't really have problems considering most of them ship internationally and the networks handle the checks anyway (and send them internationally or direct deposit to your account).

Yeah. Lots.
Just email the affiliate manager and point him to your sites or serps.
Usually a brief note clears it all up.
If they're a pain to deal with (and I can point you to some serious rednecks out there). Don't bother.

Living in Pakistan, most of the merchants rejects me automatically based on my location, but emailing the Affiliate Manager and showing them my websites solves the problem.
