Paying Only for US IP's on Ad Deal

I have a large potential advertiser who only wants to pay for impressions from US-Based IP's. I didn't know this was possible, but I suppose it is. Anyone ever do this? Thoughts?

If hes advertising on your site, buy a database like maxmind of Geo Ip's.

That can work with PHP ads new and several add serving platforms.
