Many affiliate programs, e.g. widgetworld, provide banners, product feeds, and texts to help you market their sites.

If I were to place just these on the page - it may seem that I am in fact widgetworld, not just an affiliate.

How much do I need to brand the page as mine or as not part of widgetworld in order to a) keep on the right side of the law, and b) keep on the right side of widgetworld?

Is a disclaimer to state that products are supplied by widgetworld and not through vincevincevince enough?

widgetworld should say something about this in their affiliate agreement, most likely in their rules about using their graphics, feeds, etc. A common required statement is something like the products being offered "in affiliation with widgetworld" -- they want the customers to know that they're actually buying the products from widgetworld, but they don't want the customer to think that they're endorsing you or that you're their "partner."
