Which affiliate program is best?

Looking to setup a recurring based affiliate program for an entertainment related site. Which network would be for this?

Would it be worth investing money into the likes of linkshare and cj? or do you suggest any other networks?

MyAffiliateProgram can handle recurring billing - I've been a client of theirs for over a year, and I've been talking to them about that option myself.
