One URL, top 2 positions on Overture UK?

I thought this wasn't allowed

On Overture UK, John Lewis (A large retail company over here in the UK) currently occupy the top 2 spots on a large number of keywords. "gas barbecue" is one example.

Is this common, just an oversite or a "bribe"? Because it's annoying the hell out of me because now the rest of us 'small fish' have to battle it out for the coveted 3rd spot on all my best keywords.

raise the matter with your account manager (premium accounts) or alternatively via the support section.

I have very rarely seen this happen, and Overture are quick to sort it out.

1 thought that comes to mind, they have two different campaign/companies running their traffic, and NOBODY knows what they are doing :)
