Overture - choosing title

Wanted to know if their is any status that show which title phrase is best when paying for a listing. Or maybe just from personal experence.
The max characters is 40, and I see alot of different combo's being in the Title.
It has to be the 2nd most important thing, behind ranking, on what you use for your Title wording, that gets the customer to click on the Title link.

Some examples of what I am seeing
"Keyword or Keyword phrase" - Buy Now
"Keyword or Keyword phrase" - Buy Online
XYZ.com - Low Prices
XYZ.com - Lowest Prices - Fast Shipping

I have found the following has always has helped in Titles, whether Overture or Google (bearing in mind we are a UK company selling products)

Buy ????? Online in the UK - Company Name
?????? - Lowest Prices in the UK at Company Name

the above titles have really worked for me, and I stick with them.

2nd title is tricky (but we try and make sure we are the cheapest in the UK, when using that title)
