How does this impact the effectivness of bidding on search terms?
I don't know the actual method to the madness but it seems to be high level related terms.
your health example, if you click on health in the directory style listing it brings up the same reults. The same is true with keyword searches. If you click on the "category" it just does a search for that keyword and throws some related terms on the left.
If you get more targeted there seem to be less and less results.
