lately overture keep charging my card for no reason and then refunding it back once they've realised they've done it, then email me to apologise... they've taken over $700 USD out of my card in several cases over the last week and i havent been to their deposit fund section once!
I've not had anything like this happen but if it was me I'd contact my rep I've always found them to be very helpful.
I had problem last year relating to overture $ removing a bid so I contacted the UK office and they resolved the problem that day
