No longer in the directory?

As soon as we reached our monthly limit (the $15.00 credit) last month we were dropped from LookSmart's directory. Now that a new billing period has begun (5/17) I thought that our listing would automatically be back in the directory, but we're not. Has anyone else noticed this?

how long have you been on the program with looksmart, if three months or four, can't quite remember, have a look at your deposit amount, it maybe that you need to through some more money their way.

I got an axe to grind though i will not drop it here, unless my problem is not resolved soon.

Our paid listing was "converted" to PPC last month and we aren't happy with the switch either, but I thought that LS would at least place us back in the directory now that a new billing period has started. Since we can't be found and can't carry over our free clicks, I guess we can kiss them goodbye. Throw some more money their way? Doubt it.

Perhaps they update the directory every few days so even though you are in a new billing cycle, the update hasn't occurred.

What are your stats showing for the current month? If they aren't showing any clicks yet, chances are they haven't updated.

When I checked our account stats today it shows that there have been a few click throughs, probably from partner search results, so wouldn't you think that we should be back into the directory since our account is active again?
