Question about depleted account at Overture

Should I put more $ in quick?

I let my Overture account get depleted (for a ecommerce site I run) because I've been getting too much business and need to slow down for a while. Didn't want to delete all the keywords I have set up there, and reapply later. What, if any, repercussions should I be aware of from Overture? Will they delete my account? Delete my keywords?

We have had this happen for about 6 weeks at a time. The account stayed there with keywords intact. It was just inactive.

What I cannot remember, though, is if our account went into negative numbers because of the minimum monthly spend.

I have a bunch of inactive accounts and they don't go into negative. I even have a few with money but no keywords and those don't get docked the minimum either.

When my Overture account gets low on funds, they just put the original amount I charged to open it on my charge card. I musta clicked something allowing them to do that.
