Relative Traffic on PPCs

How do they all compare in terms of searches per day?

Is there any definitive comparison on this? I tried looking around for the info, but thought I'd ask in case somebody just knows where to llok it up.

Just curious, Thanks, Morgan.

We have roughly the same keywords on all of these engines. Using what we spend per month on Overture USA as an index of 100, some of the rest of them:

67 Google - (i.e., on Google, we spend 67% of what we spend on Overture)

27 Findwhat
10 Sprinks
8 Overture UK
7 eSpotting
5 Kanoodle
3 7Search
3 Ah-ha
3 Bay9

That's a rough comparison of their relative traffic, using dollars spent, for a constant set of keywords and phrases, although Google & Overture are more expensive than the others of course, and that throws it off.

TomWaits: Findwhat represents 27% of your Overture traffic/spending? It's about 2% in our case. Maybe you have a UK or other specifically oriented market? Just curious.

It's international. There are some single keywords that, if you bid the same amount on Overture & FindWhat, on Overture will give you 4th place, and on FindWhat gives you first.

FindWhat gives us single keyword coverage we couldn't get cost-effectively on Overture.

I know the roughly 4 times ratio of Overture/FindWhat traffic-or-cost is off if you base it only on our experience, but I don't know what the realistic ratio is. Certainly based on ours and your experience, the relative traffic varies wildly.
