FORTUNE announced today that Overture Services Inc. (NASDAQ: OVER) will be added to the FORTUNE e-50(TM)Index (Symbol: FEX) after the close of trading on Monday, April 22, 2002, replacing component Lucent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: LU).

The FORTUNE e-50 Index was developed by the editors of FORTUNE to be the definitive benchmark of the Internet economy.
