No more customer support at Overture?

No response from anyone in customer service for over a 3 week period!

You really have to worry about this company. I filed 3 seperate cases over a 4 week period! The only response I received was their automated ones for each case. I tried different departments and even wrote an individual that I resolved issues with in the past who was pretty competent-probably laid off! If anyone has a phone number so that I can contact them I would really appreciate it. I think they're in over their heads now and with Google's better way of doing business and taking market share these guys are doomed to fail if they don't improve their customer services & soon!

I think customer service is only for those who are their permium or gold bar service that was posted about over here. And if I remeber correctly you have to spend x amount of money to be one of those!

Mike-Thanks for the contact numbers. While these number are not made immediately available to non-premium accounts they still respond via phone to customer no matter what their account status.

The options are Push 2 for CS then push 4 for regular support. Good luck.
