Advertisers budget of $60,000+ per year
Has Overture Premier and Overture Gold benefits, in addition to : Individualized consultation on editorial guidelines and their application to your account Search Listing Optimization, including search term maximization and title and description optimization. You getta sit down and ask them how to get yer site listed right. w00t!

I've used GoToOverture way back into early 2000 so we do qualify for a higher account level...maybe that means service within a few hours like the old times, instead of days.

After meeting with their reps at pubcon I merged all my clients account into one agency account... I now only have to deal with 1 person for all my overture needs... I must say it's 100% better..

Seth, as part of this process are you (or did you) have to provide Overture with a written letter of authorisation from each of your clients to handle their account?

Has this layer of red tape been removed from doing business with them?

From what I've experienced Overture has had excellent customer service, I've also noticed the option #1, and #2 for Gold and Silver. I really consider it like an expensive hotel, you get what you pay for, but either way all you really need is a place to sleep. Good service and some good click throughs...perfect.
