how is bay9 doing recently?

Hi I have seen their bids go up recently but have heard that their traffic was not good. I heard that they had a high traffic website sending them a lot of bad traffic but they are no longer doing that so I wanted to know if anyone has used them recently and seen an improvment in their traffic?

also would anyone be able to guess that if 18,000 searches are made on a particular keyword on overture

how many searches would be made on bay9?
also on other search engines as well besided google and kanoodle
