does espotting.com accept U.S customers?

do any of you advertise products that require credit cards?

Hi everybody,
if I live in the U.S am I able to use espotting.com ? Also do any of you advertise something on espotting.com that requires the user to have a VISA, mastercard, discover card? to be able to purchase something?

basically what I am trying to find out is if it would be worth it to advertise a product which requires either one of those credit cards to make a purchase on my site.

Folks in Europe have Visa & MC
Am Exp is another story

I know of many USA vendors who will not offer credit card options to Eastern Europe.

Folks in the UK pay with cards, in France they are more hesitant, in Germany it's rather exceptional. One of the main obstacles for further growth of online shopping, and one of the reasons why mobile payment is such a hot topic here.
