I am one of the webmasters of [site in profile] and we would appreciate if one of the experts could visit our site at www.djobinow.com and give us some opinion on what we should do to help us be more attractive to the users and advertisers.

Also if you can give us some tips on how we can increase our traffic.

Before you can cut a deal with a major portal to drive traffic, you should take out the 3 pop-ups and 2 exit pop-unders. You are driving traffic AWAY.
