From the news release,
"...they [Infoseek] have signed an exclusive, one-year renewal agreement in which Overture will provide its quality search results to Infoseek's Web site located at www.go.com. Under this agreement, Overture will provide its full search solution to Infoseek's users. These results will be displayed under the heading "Sponsored Search Results Provided By Overture." This agreement is a renewal of a partnership that began in March 2001."
