Overture Click Problem

Can anyone assit with an Overture Click problem?

I am having a problem with one of my competitors clicking me on Overture. This individual who lives in the same city as myself has stolen my meta-tags, body text, pictures and my domain name (scraping off the "S") and now he is clicking me on Overture. I know this, because it did not happen until we Trademarked our domain name and sued him for using our domain. Overture, never finds a click problem - of course! I do not want a refund, just a filtering device. I get terrific results from my Overture account, but now I have to leave it offline just because Overture refuse to acknowledge that my daily clicks should not triple.

I know you are not the complaint department. I just thought someone may have had a suggestion as to whom to speak with in Overture or what other people who had click problems did. I had this same problem six months ago and Overture did nothing.

Keep in mind that Overture started appearing on Yahoo a couple weeks ago. Since that happened we have seen a 40% in crease in traffic on our Overture listings. So that may be the reason for the increased clicks if it was around the same time period. Good luck.
