nuff said. kanoodle sent out the official announcement today. they are taking over the "Start Here" text links on Lycos (for select - likely unsold - inventory), and similar listings will start appearing on AllTheWeb.

they also say they've got another one in the pipeline, which they will announce soon. rumor is that its AskJeeves.

Prices on Kanoodle are 1/3 of those on overture for a few terms I looked at - thats a really good find.

in the past we have advertised via the "start here" link on lycos with decent results...

of course, to capture the "start here" terms you're going to also be paying for traffic from other kanoodle channels. keep that in mind. your mileage may vary there.
