How do you target country specific traffic?

I find it quite difficult to target Canadian users in search engines, as tje Canada.com's, Yahoo.ca's, Google.ca etc. aren't very effective in narrowing in on Canadian specific sites. Is there a PPC service targeting Canadian search engines?

Hi outoftheblue. There are no Canuck ppc engines that I know of, but if you try Google Add words, you can choose to only show your ads to Canadian users. Its not ppc, but rather cpm, but if you write good copy, and be careful about which kw's you buy, it is very cost effective.
