GoTo.com, Inc. announced the pricing of the public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at $16.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
I wonder if customers of GoTo are going to be offered shares at a discounted price depending on their current monthly budget. :)

GoTo's sale of shares raised approximately $58.6 million for the company, before offering expenses. This infusion of cash brings GoTo's cash and liquid investment position to more than $100 million.
