How to I edit ads?

NOT able to change ads (title, description, display / destination URL)

I tried to edit a few ads in my Yahoo Japan account. It’s not possible!? I get this message for any / all ads: “You will not be able to change ads (title, description, display URL, nor destination URL).” I don’t know why!? I did send a support request to customer support but they didn’t get back to me. Tomorrow I have to edit the destination URL’s for ALL ads that I have created in the last weeks. Unless I find a solution, I will have to delete them all and then add / create them all once edited. Can someone help me?

It sounds like once the ads are issued in their system, they can't be changed and deleting those to create new ones may be your only option. If possible I would try to at least get a copy of what is active now - wording, settings, etc. and ready the copy for replacement as soon as it is possible.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the ad system or its user interface, hoping someone who is can give you better tips.

I click on Edit and then on Edit Selected Ads so it's supposed to be working. You see the selected ads but also "You will not be able to change ads (title, description, display URL, nor destination URL)." You can only turn the ads on or off and change the ad name. That's it. I am hoping that someone who is actively using the system will give me a solution.
