Min bids

I noticed on a lot of YSM countries that min bids are currently 0,05. If I bid 5c, will I be billed 5c or 1c if there's no competitors?

Also anyway to get bids down to 1c?

You would be charges 5c. They probably made that so they would make 5x the money of the "bottom feeders". 5 cents is still a pretty great value.
